After five years in the industry, Meenakshi Chaudhary has finally found her breakthrough with Lucky Baskhar. This retro thriller, led by Dulquer Salmaan, has received positive talk and reviews from its first day, and Meenakshi managed to shine in her own episodes. Director Venky Atluri gave her ample scope to showcase her performance, even in the role of a mother, which has helped her connect well with family audiences.
Earlier, Meenakshi was thrilled to work with major stars like Mahesh Babu in Guntur Karam and Vijay in The Greatest of All Time. However, the characterizations in those films were underwhelming, and the results didn’t meet expectations.
Now, with Lucky Baskhar, Meenakshi managed to turn things around. Additionally, she will be seen in Varun Tej’s Matka, releasing in about ten days, where she plays the role of his wife. It’ll be interesting to see if her character has a surprising twist or adds depth as she ages alongside Varun’s character.
At the end of the month, Mechanic Rocky starring Vishvak Sen is set to release, where Meenakshi plays the lead role, with Shraddha Srinath also in the cast. This film is expected to have a touch of glamor, and there’s strong anticipation that it could be another hit for her.
If both Matka and Mechanic Rocky succeed, Meenakshi’s opportunities are likely to bounce back in full swing.
