Baby John, the official remake of Vijay’s Theri, is gearing up for a grand release this month. Starring Varun Dhawan in the titular role, the movie attracts special interest from audiences. Interestingly, the makers released the trailer today, with many interesting elements.
Directed by Kalees and presented by Atlee, the film promises to be a proper, complete entertainer with elements like action, drama, romance, and comedy. The trailer opens with Varun Dhawan’s character, DCP Satya Verma IPS, played by Varun Dhawan. He is showcased as a single father.
The trailer later gets shifted to the flashback, where it is revealed that Varun plays a cop investigating rape cases. The trailer also showcases Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Sanya Malhotra. Salman Khan also plays a cameo in it and a partial glimpse creates huge excitement.
Jackie Shroff plays the villain in the film, and his character is reportedly designed in an interesting manner. The trailer hints at being a faithful remake of the original.
