Vishwak Sen & KV Anudeep’s Funky Combo!

Published by

Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen has impressed audiences regularly with his varied choice of films in the recent past. It’s terrific that he is earning more fans as a performer with every project. His latest film announcement is as exciting as it can get, where he is joining forces with Jathi Ratnalu director KV Anudeep for the first time. The title of the much-awaited fun & family entertainer is Funky.

Top producers S Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are backing the film under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Entertainments, the banners that delivered multiple hits this year – Lucky Baskhar and Tillu Square. Srikara Studios is the presenter. Funky was launched today in Hyderabad in the presence of Vishwak, director Anudeep, producers and others.

The collaboration has created unprecedented excitement in film circles. While KV Anudeep, after Jathi Ratnalu, is in a league of his own with his unique style of humour, Vishwak is known for his energetic performances. The combination of two unique styles, that too in a genre like family entertainer, sounds like an interesting prospect and one can’t wait to see what the duo has in store for crowds.

A top-notch crew is working on Funky. Editor Navin Nooli, who won a national award for Jersey and is riding high after the success of Pushpa 2, is part of the team. The latest music sensation Bheems Ceciroleo, behind films like Tillu Square, MAD, is the composer. Talented cinematographer Suresh Sarangam (who delivered a hit this year with Mathu Vadalara 2) is another exciting addition.

Funky’s regular shoot will commence from January 2025, the team said.
