Mahesh Babu’s fans are making grand arrangements to welcome the Hollywood movie Mufasa The Lion King to theatres. The film’s release is scheduled for December 20th, and the fans can not contain their excitement. Since Mahesh was last seen in Guntur Kaaram and will next be seen in the SSRMB project, which will be released after two years, the fans do not want to miss Mahesh on the big screen.
Mahesh gave voice for the lead, Lion’s character in the film. The fans in Bangalore are planning a big cutout of Mahesh at the Vinayaka theatre. It is to be noted that this is the first time that such a hungama is being planned for an animated movie.
Plans are underway to create a similar buzz in all the main centers where Mufasa is being released in the Telugu states. There is a lot of craze for the Mufasa: The Lion King in our country. So much so that a star like Shah Rukh Khan is dubbing for the Hindi version. Now, with Mahesh Babu joining the Telugu version, the hype has increased even more.
Although it looks like a children’s film on the surface, Mufasa has a big following at the ground level. It is estimated to collect at least two hundred crores in India. After the rush of Pushpa 2 The Rule, no film has come to the box office to be mentioned.
Mufasa has competition with Allari Naresh’s Bachala Malli, Vijay Sethupathi’s Release Part 2, Upendra UI, Sudeep’s Max.
