Box-Office: Bachhala Malli vs Dubbing Movies

After Pushpa 2, the audiences wait for new arrivals at the theatres. With the year coming to an end, only a few films are waiting to test their luck at the box office. Interestingly, it is going to be Allari Naresh vs the dubbing movies. Bachhala Malli is the only notable straight Telugu release, while there are three other dubbing films.

Allari Naresh is struggling to find his ground once again. After Naandhi, he could not translate any other film to success. His last film, Aa Okkati Adakku, also did not work at the box office. He is coming up with Bachhala Malli, an action drama directed by Subbu. Naresh expresses big confidence in the film’s success, and even at the pre-release event, he is seen saying, “Ee Christmas Manadhi.”

Then, we have a Kannada dubbed film, an English dubbed film, and a Tamil dubbed film.

Upendra’s UI is also hitting the screens on the 20th of this month. The film is made purely in Uppi’s style, and he promotes it aggressively. “The world leaders gifted U & I with…Global warming, Inflation, COVID-19, Unemployment, AI and Wars. The World 2040” is what the film is all about.

Vetrimaran is back again to theatres with the second part of Vidudala. The first part opened to decent success at the box office, and the second part is going to be more intense. Vijay Sethupathi takes the center stage in this second part. “Can a simple, law-abiding, and peace-loving young school teacher transform into a people`s leader, forming a small political party, engaging in armed rebellion, and rallying people to revolt?” is the plot of Vidudala 2.

We also have Mufasa on the screens this Friday. Mahesh Babu has given a voice to the role of Mufasa. Brahmanandam, Ali, Satyadev, Ayyappa Sharma, and others voice acted in the movie. Mahesh’s fans have big plans to celebrate the film . The plot is: “Mufasa: The Lion King” enlists Rafiki to relay the legend of the unlikely rise of the beloved king of the Pride Lands, introducing an orphaned cub called Mufasa, a sympathetic lion named Taka – the heir to a royal bloodline – and their expansive journey alongside an extraordinary group of misfits.”

Altogether, all four films have some or the other merits. We have to see if Bachhala Malli raises above all other movies or gives in to the dubbing mania.
