In the most unexpected series of events this December, Allu Arjun found himself in the middle of a heated legal battle, which even landed him in Chanchalguda prison. This is regarding the Sandhya theatre incident, which prompted the Nampalli court to sentence Allu Arjun to 14-day remand, before he secured interim bail from the Telangana high court.
However, despite Allu Arjun securing bail at the high court, the preliminary case that has been filed at the Nampalli Court is still active. In this regard, there is a new development today, as Allu Arjun will be arriving at the court to sort out the legal proceedings.
After having been sentenced to remand by the Nampalli court on December 13, Allu Arjun managed to secure bail at the High Court on the same day. With today, December 27, being the final day of the original remand sentence adjudicated by the Nampally court, Allu Arjun is mandated to arrive at the court today.
Allu Arjun’s lawyers will now inform the Nampally court about the bail proceedings in the case and submit relevant documents.
Notably, Allu Arjun had even filed for regular bail at the Nampalli court, and this could come to argument today. Today’s hearing at the Nampalli court could potentially dictate how the legal proceedings in the Sandhya theatre case would shape up.
