As if Telugu directors are caught with the fetish of roping in Tamil heroes for negative roles in Telugu movies, such that those films will have a market in Tamilnadu as well, these days we are hearing the name of a Tamil hero with every other film. And the rumour got spread to Pawan Kalyan’s Viroopaksha as well, which is being directed by creative maker Krish Jagarlamudi.
Rumours are afloat that director Krish is roping in some big star cast for PK’s next such that the film will have pan-India appeal. Already Bollywood starlet Jacqueline Fernandez is aboard and now they are said to be roping in a Tamil hero. Popular star Siva Karthikeyan’s name has surfaced in this connection, saying that he will be seen as the second lead in the film as he plays a negative shaded character.
However, people close to director Krish have rubbished this as a mere rumour. They say that there is no talk of any Tamil hero for this movie as long as the industry is shut. Though there is no clarity whether there is such a role which requires another hero, director Krish is for now focusing only on the prep for next schedule.
After shootings resume, Pawan will first finish Vakeel Saab before heading to Viroopaksha.
