Bommarillu was released in the year 2006, starring Siddharth and Genelia D’Souza. The movie was a blockbuster hit amongst the Telugu audience. Boney Kapoor bought the rights for the movie and completed the movie by 2007. However, the movie was never released in Bollywood. Bommarillu re-make in Hindi “It’s my life” stars, Harman Bhaweja and Genelia D’Souza.
Harman Bhaweja had a series of flops like “Love Story 2050” and “Victory”. However, Genelia chose to take a break from the industry after her marriage with Ritesh Deshmukh. Both the actors have completed the film by 2007. The film also features Nana Patekar and comedian Kapil Sharma.
The movie is a light-hearted entertainer highlighting family equations. Zee Cinema and Boney Kapoor have finally managed to bring this home production to release. Boney Kapoor has taken to twitter to announce the release of the trailer. “It’s my life” is set to release on 29th of November. With this movie, we hope Genelia decides to get back into movies.
