Vicky Kaushal’s latest sensation, Chhaava, a historical action-packed film directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, has become a massive success. Based on the legendary Maratha king Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the film has taken the nation by storm and is the talk of the town.
Although the film was released nationwide in Hindi, the Telugu audience has been eagerly anticipating the release of the Telugu dubbed version. Here’s the good news: Geetha Film Distribution has officially announced that it will release the Telugu dubbed version of Chhaava on March 7th. With its vast theatre network, Geetha Film Distribution has acquired the Telugu rights for a significant sum and plans to release the movie on a much larger scale.
Having already crossed the 400 crore mark, Chhaava is now the highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2025 and is set to reach the 500 crore milestone soon.
The film stars Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady, with the music composed by Oscar winner AR Rahman.
