Sundeep Kishan’s Mazaka was released yesterday and directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina. The movie had a few funny sequences in the first half and the comedy timing of Sundeep Kishan and Rao Ramesh worked out well.
However, the second half, music, inconsistency in writing, and repetitive scenes made it a tedious watch. During a press meeting today, director Trinadha Rao Nakkina recalled how audiences enjoyed the movie when he visited the theaters. At the same time, he admits to having a common complaint about Mazaka.
Saying he is more practical, Trinadha Rao Nakkina says he has been receiving a common complaint that the middle part of Mazaka’s second half went dull. Well, that was genuine but there were more dull and dragged sequences all along.
If there were more scenes like the ‘Love Letter’ and the ‘Comedy of Errors’, Mazaka would have been a lot better.
