The news of the accident came to light after a paparazzi’s Instagram page shared a video of Aishwarya’s car being hit by a large red bus on Wednesday.

Soon after the vehicle was hit, the driver got down of the vehicle to assess the situation. He found the car did not sustain any serious damage and then the car was driven off.

Meanwhile, according to a report on another media channel, people gathered near Aishwarya’s car but did not find the actress travelling in it.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s vehicles sport ‘5050’ on their licence plates, making it easy for identification. This fancy number helped the paparazzi recognize that it was Aishwarya’s vehicle that met with the accident in Mumbai.

It is confirmed that Aishwarya was not present in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
