Pawan’s Ustaad Shelved? : Producer Breaks The Silence!

As expected, Pawan Kalyan almost completely slowed down his film commitments after becoming the deputy chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. He is tied up with his political commitments and government oriented duties and is unable to allocate adequate dates for film shoots.

In this context, there were multiple speculations and theory is about Kalyan shelving Ustaad Bhagat Singh with Harish Shankar. Notably, this film had started with the shooting process and the makers had even released a title teaser earlier.

But in view of the extremely tight scheduling of Kalyan, it was reported that it was logistically not possible for him to complete Ustaad, which still has the majority of the shoot left.

However, the producer of the film, Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers has issued a big statement in this regard. He confirmed that Harish Shankar has locked an extraordinary script and they’re waiting for Kalyan to turn available.

“We are waiting for Kalyan Garu to get his dates. We are determined to complete the shooting this year and release the film next year. It is known that a Pawan Kalyan film is much bigger than any pan Indian film buzz. This will be a prestigious project for us next year.” Ravi confirmed.

It must be noted that Kalyan himself said he would do films as long as he is in need of financial resources. And in that case, it should not be too long before he gets started with the pending OG, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, and also the prospective Ustaad Bhagat Singh with Harish Shankar under Mythri production.
