Alia Bhatt’s 32 Crore Flat in Ranbir’s Apartment Complex

Bollywood star heroine Alia Bhatt and star hero Ranbir Kapoor are seeing each other for a while. While the duo’s wedding news has been in headlines for a while, here is the latest buzz in the B-town. Apparently, Alia Bhat has bought a new flat in a posh locality in Mumbai. Interestingly, the flat is in the same apartment complex where her beau Ranbir Kapoor also owns a place. Ranbir has an ultra-spacious flat on the seventh floor and now Alia Bhat has bought a similar flat on the fifth floor of the same building. Alia bought a 2460 sq ft apartment on the fifth floor of Vaastu Pali Hill complex. Apparently, the flat costed Alia a staggering Rs 32 Crore.

Meanwhile,the tower is also close to Kapoor family’s Krishna Raj bungalow. Recently, Alia Bhatt and the Bhatt family did Pooja and Havan on the Laxmi Day Puja recently during Diwali. Ranbir Kapoor, close friends, director Karan Johar, Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji were among those who attended the Pooja. With this, Alia Bhat is all set to be Ranbir’s new neighbour.

Buzz is that Alia has given the job of interiors to Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, interior designer and film producer Gauri Khan. Gauri has designed spaces for high-profile and high-networth individuals such as Mukesh Ambani, Roberto Cavalli and Ralph Lauren, as well as Bollywood celebrities such as Karan Johar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Sidharth Malhotra. Interestingly, it was Gauri who had also done the interiors at Ranbir’s flat in 2016.

Earlier Alia had owned a flat in Juhu which she had bought for about Rs 13.11 Crore. It was Alia’s first property and she had bought it with her own money. In a previous interview, Alia had talked about her financial planning and also confessed that she also invests in Fixed Deposits, Bonds and Mutual Funds. Alia also owns a house in London which she said it was her dream come true. She bought a house in London in 2018 in Covent Garden and Alia’s sister lives there part-time.
