It is a long story of RGV rubbing side with Pawan Kalyan and his fans. The director had been targeting the Janasena chief for a while and he escalated his clod feud with his movie ‘Powerstar’. Though the movie ended up as a damp squib, RGV garnered attention from all with his knack of irking the Power admirers with controversial scenes.
Though he announced half a dozen more films after that and managed to release a few, his new movie ‘RGV Missing’ seems to be his next ‘powerful’ arrow from his quiver. It is said to be having a clear continuation link with ‘Powerstar’ and going by the trailer, RGV has brought in all (and more) characters from ‘Powerstar’.
‘Powerstar’ climax has Ram Gopal Varma himself advising the lead actor with all the blabber that no one understood. Now, the ‘RGV Missing’ is also said to be having some deleted scenes from ‘Powerstar’. Even though RGV’s gameplan is clearly known that it is all about turning the controversies towards attracting the audience, his ‘RGV Missing’ is said to be what he is hoping big on. Well, it has to be seen if it turns up more like a sequel for ‘Powerstar’.
RGV has got a big list of movies like 12 O Clock, Corona Virus, Murder, Enter The Girl Dragon, Dangerous, Disha Encounter ready for release.
