Sai Pallavi is a talented actress who has swooned audiences cutting across regions. She is currently basking in the success of Paava Kadhaigal, the Tamil anthology film that is released on Netflix. She played the lead role in Vetrimaaran’s Oor Iravu’s segment.
The Fidaa actress in her latest interview spoke about the directors who have moulded her as a good actress. She heaped praises on directors Sekhar Kammula and Vetrimaaran.
Talking about Sekhar Kammula, she said, “Sekhar garu is more than a director to me. He’s shaped the way I look at life right now, at least in the work environment. When I’m in a difficult situation, I usually walk out of it. He taught me to fight for what is right. He taught me to be a woman on the sets of Fidaa.” She is currently working for Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story in which she is paired opposite Naga Chaitanya.
Also, talking about Vetrimaaran, she said that he is very cool. Though she was scared on the first day on the sets, while shooting, he made sure everything was in place.
“Vetri sir doesn’t tell you what he wants, he’ll narrate the premise and this is what’s going to happen, and tell you to go on and do whatever you feel like. Sometimes, after doing a few shots I’d go and tell him what I could do better,” she said.
