The shock given by Covid-19 has affected the plans of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa team quite a lot. They are on the lookout for various forests to wrap the movie, but director Sukumar has decided to go with local forests only as Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan gave them special permission to shoot. Here’s an interesting update.
With some practical issues plaguing them, Sukumar has decided to build a forest set in Hyderabad alone which we have revealed some time ago. They have picked up a forest area near Patancheru and built a special set there where shooting went without much noise.
Latest reports have that Patancheru episode got wrapped and the team is now in rest mode. From January 1st week, they will be flying to Maredumilli Forests of East Godavari to continue the rest of the shoot.
As these two locations will have some mismatch issues in terms of locale and visuals, Sukumar is said to have extensively depended on Computer Graphics now to get digital extensions of forest area. That computerised stitch will give the same location kind of feel to the overall output of the film.
