Superstar Rajinikanth got discharged from Apollo hospital on December 27. He was asked to take complete bed rest for a week and also stay away from tensions and stress for a while.
The Superstar flew back to Chennai and a picture of him in his car at Chennai airport and another picture of him welcomed by his wife Latha are going viral now.
In the airport picture, Rajinikanth was seen thanking everyone with hands joined, while his daughter Aishwarya was seen next to him. Rajinikanth took a chartered flight from Begumpet airport.

Rajinikanth was admitted to Hyderabad hospital after observing high blood pressure. The tests were normal but the doctors asked him to get complete bed rest and advised him to check his blood pressure levels. He was also advised of minimal physical activity and avoid stress.
Rajini was shooting for Annatthe in Hyderabad before the shooting had to be halted as someone in the crew was infected with Covid-19.
