One of the most stylish filmmakers in Tollywood is none other Meher Ramesh. Going by his films like Billa and Shadow one could easily understand that, but lack of substance ultimately resulted in the failure of those movies as style does nothing but exciting fans. Such a director has now finally grabbed a film, which happens to be Chiranjeevi’s next, a remake of Tamil hit film Vedhalam.
Guess what, Megastar Chiru, who is known as the master budget controller on the set as he keeps a tab on every single penny being spent, is said to have given a free hand to Ramesh in many areas.
Apart from bringing famous fashion designers for the movie, Meher is said to have now got a cinematographer who charges nearly 2 crores and orders another couple of crores worth lights and camera equipment. Even Megastar is said to be happy with this costly affair as he wants that glossy output from Ramesh.
Most of the times, the Kantri director’s previous movies ended up as cost-failures and he has to make sure that it won’t happen again. With Megastar at the lead of the pack, surely Ramesh might not go over-board, but then, a costly affair needs to be handled very carefully.
