His latest film KGF Chapter 2, is getting ready for a huge release in multiple languages. On the occasion of the film’s lead Yash’s birthday, the film unit launched a teaser that created a big social media sensation. The film unit cleverly released a single teaser for all languages with English voice over. Irrespective of the language, the movie lovers in the nation owned the film and showered love on the teaser. However, the teaser has created unrest in Telugu cinema fans. In simple words, the teaser brings a headache to Telugu heroes.
Ever since the teaser was dropped online, Telugu cinema fans started comparing the film to those their favorite heroes are currently doing. The mass-elevation shots, breathtaking visuals, brilliant taking from Prashant Neel became the reason for expressing their displeasure over the content that Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Jr NTR, and other heroes are currently attempting.
Mahesh Babu fans on Twitter started trolling Vamshi Paidipally, Murugadoss, Srikanth Addala, and Parasuram for killing the performer in Mahesh Babu with commercial films that are only worth talking about the box-office numbers. KGF has elevated Yash to a new level. Yash is one of the potential pan-India heroes of the country. The fans feel that Mahesh Babu is nowhere lesser compared to Yash. Prashanth Neel planned to work with Mahesh Babu, but things did not work, and Parasuram’s Sarkaaru Vaari Paata came into the picture. The fans are disappointed that Mahesh lost his gut call in picking up scripts that help him grow as an actor.
On the other hand, Jr NTR fans also started trolling their own actor for delaying the project with Prashant Neel. They all feel that Prashanth Neel’s project will take NTR to the next level right after a film with Rajamouli, which is currently in progress. According to the fans, NTR will do Trivikram’s film in between, which will again be a regular family drama that everyone is bored of watching.
The case of Pawan Kalyan’s fans is a little weird and different here. Ever since the KGF teaser came up, they could not digest the fact that other heroes get to work with star directors, but their hero gives chances to those who neither have success nor craze. Pawan Kalyan is undoubtedly a star hero in Telugu, but his contemporaries are running after top directors while settling with directors who are yet to give their best.
In the middle of all this, the happiest is Prabhas’ fans as he will next be working with Prashanth Neel in Salaar.
All in all, the KGF teaser can be an eye-opener if the Telugu heroes take the feedback positively. The fans want their favorite stars to do films that do well at the box-office and help them grow as an actor at the Pan-India level. They also want to see these stars work with good story-tellers than the directors who go by a formula in executing the script.
