Taapsee: ‘I’ve a boyfriend and my family is aware of it’

Many celebrities prefer to keep their love life a secret. They don’t want to reveal too much about their beaus to avoid any fuss or constant focus on it from the media. The versatile actress Taapsee Pannu, who is known for her outspoken nature, revealed in her latest interview that she is seeing someone.

Taapsee said that she does not want to hide from fans that she is in a relationship. The actress also said that her family is quite aware of her relationship and accepted her beau wholeheartedly. “Since I don’t like to hide anything from anyone, I would like to say that I’m very proud to accept the presence of someone in my life. Simultaneously, I wouldn’t only talk about it for the headlines because then it takes away from my credibility as an actor and what I have achieved in all these years by working hard. That I can’t afford to do,” Taapsee quoted.

Adding that her family know about her relationship, Taapsee said that it is important for her to have her family accept what she does, including her relationships. “I remember joking about it and telling someone, “Agar mummy papa nahi maane, toh mujhe nahi lagta kuch ho sakta hai (If my parents don’t agree, I don’t think this relationship has a future),” Taapsee laughingly quoted.

Well, it is great to learn that the actress is seeing someone seriously but she never revealed the name of the person. However, rumors are on rife that she is dating badminton player Mathias Boe.
