Oviya needs no introduction for the movie audiences in Kollywood. After taking part in the Bigg Boss TV show, she gained a lot of popularity. She is in the news now for tweeting, “Go Back Modi” on the occasion of his visit to Chennai on Sunday. There are reports that a member of the legal wing of Tamil Nadu BJP submitted a petition to the cybercrime cell demanding action against her, with regards to the same. Alexis Sudhakar is the person who has submitted the petition to the cops. The member of BJP wants the cops to look at it in an angle if she is intentionally inciting the public disorder ahead of PM Modi’s visit.
Also, Alexis Sudhakar alleged that Sri Lanka and China were working with the likes of Oviyaa to create law and order problems in the country and are also targeting PM Modi. He has also gone to the extent to plead with the cops to verify her passport and investigate her correspondence and communication with foreign countries.
On the other hand, BJP’s State President and Social Media head CTR Nirmal Kumar denied that their party had given the complaint.
