Superstar Mahesh Babu will be sporting a new look for his upcoming movie ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ and for this Mahesh is going through a transformation. But Mahesh doesn’t share all his work out details as he is known to keep things simple. Yet we have some info and it’s Mahesh’s trainer Minash Gabriel who revealed these things.
Mahesh’s training would split into strength training, cardio that involved anaerobic variants and most importantly Zone 2 training. The trainer added that Mahesh used work out mostly in the evenings after the shoot and it would last for 60 minutes at a stretch.
“Everyday he’d push himself and make sure he performed each exercise to the T and give it a 100 percent. He is a perfectionist on and off the set. From battling and overcoming injuries to getting into such an incredible shape and conditioning is a testimony to his work ethic and perseverance,” wrote Minash.
Praising Mahesh, he further added “I can safely say that this man is ageing backwards and is only getting better with time.”

‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is being directed by Parasuram Petla and is slated for 2022 Sankranthi release.
