Hero Nandamuri Balakrishna has bought an expensive home in the rich locals of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. It is reported that the house with total built-up area of 9,935 square feet with ground floor and two floors has costed him about Rs 15 Crore. Balayya paid a stamp duty of Rs 82.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 7.5 lakh as part of the deal. This was reported by some prominent national media houses.
The sale registration took place on February 11th and the seller is identified as Nadimpalli Satya Sravani. This is the second residential property for Balayya in the city who already owns one at Road number 1 of Jubilee Hills. Besides acting in movies, Balayya is the TDP MLA from Hindupur Assembly constituency.
Balayya will be seen in dual role in Boyapati’s directorial NBK 106 aka BB3 and he is teaming up with ‘Krack’ director Gopichand Malineni for NBK 107.
