Prabhas, who is in Mumbai presently, is shooting for some key solo scenes for his forthcoming magnum opus Adipurush, touted to be a 3D mythological film being made on large canvas. The scenes are shot in a specially erected set in a private studio in Mumbai. The makers have roped in Kriti Sanon to play Sita. She has now joined the sets along with Sunny Singh for combination scenes.
It is learnt that a dedicated motion capture team is present on the sets to ensure the right footage is extracted. The makers splurging on the film. It is buzzed that the film is being made with a whopping Rs 400 Crore. Saif Ali Khan will be seen as Raavan in this mythological film.
As informed earlier, Adipurush will boast a new technology which is first of its kind in Indian cinema. The VFX combined with Real-Time Technology is being used for the movie.
Prabhas is expected to shoot for Adipurush till this week in Mumbai and then he would return to Hyderabad to join the next schedule of Salaar with Prasanth Neel.
