Coinciding with the World Kabaddi Day today (March 24), the makers of ‘Arjun Chakravarthy’ have unveiled the glimpse. Touted to be a true story of an unsung Kabaddi champion, the glimpse has some inspiring dialogues.
Newcomer Vijaya Rama Raju is playing the title role in this sports drama and he is also seen for a few seconds in the glimpse and the rest of it shows medals, trophies and the Indian jersey. But Vijaya Rama Raju is said to have underwent physical transformation to fit for this role.
‘Arjun Chakravarthy’ is written and directed by Venu KC and the film will have village set that resemble the times of 1960s and 1980s. Being shot in Tamil and Telugu languages simultaneously, the makers are aiming for a pan India release. Sija Rose is essaying the female lead and it’s her debut too.
