At the age of 20, Stylish Star Allu Arjun made his debut with Gangotri in Tollywood. Allu Arjun acted as a child artist in Vijetha, Swathi Mutyam, and Gangotri before taking the full-time plunge into acting. From Gangotri to the latest Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Allu Arjun underwent a massive transformation. As an actor, he kept discovering himself and emerged as one of the greatest talents in the Tollywood industry. The actor completed 18 years in films and he shared his gratitude note on social media.

When Allu Arjun played the rural guy character Simhadri in Gangotri, no one thought that he would groom himself so much that he becomes the stylish icon of South cinema. Gangotri became a big hit but his second film Arya changed his career completely. Arya established the true lover boy image to Allu Arjun and gave him recognition in youth.
After impressing the family audiences and youth, Allu Arjun gained a mass-hero image with subsequent films Bunny, Happy, Desamuduru, and Parugu. Irrespective of the success and failure, Allu Arjun never disappointed his fans and movie lovers who come to theatres to only watch him. Allu Arjun also teamed up with Sukumar for the sequel of Arya and it stands as one of the best films in his career.
After a point in his career, Allu Arjun began experiments. From accepting the regular roles to doing characters that have a USP, Allu Arjun’s transformation is something admirable.
Allu Arjun did Varudu and Badrinath which are completely different from one another. Although the result of the films did not satisfy him, he kept trying.
After teaming up with Trivikram for the first time in Julayi, Allu Arjun emerged as the commercially viable star at the box-office. There was no looking back after the blockbuster Julayi. Race Gurram, S/O Satyamurthy, Sarrainodu are the biggest commercial hits in Allu Arjun’s career.
Duvvadaj Jagannadham and Na Peru Surya, Na Illu India failed to impress the fans but the star made a comeback to success with ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’. The success of ALVP is unimaginable. It created a lot of records at the box-office and gave recognition to Bunny at the pan-India level.
Allu Arjun is also one of the stars from Tollywood who did a short film. Sukumar directed it and the short film gained a lot of appreciation. Allu Arjun is also one of the few heroes from India who enjoy a great fan base in Kerala, equal to that of the existing star actors in the state.
With 3 Nandi awards, 5 Filmfare awards, and many other recognitions, Allu Arjun is the sensational South Icon of the Indian film industry whose films come up with a package of different elements. Allu Arjun’s ease at playing versatile roles is an inspiration for the youngsters in the film industry.
