The combination of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu has a huge fan base among Telugu film audiences. Their films Simha and Legend were blockbusters at the box office. Thus, there are huge expectations for their upcoming project Akhanda. However, the makers are unable to capitalize on this craze.
The title announcement teaser of Akhanda was released last week on the occasion of Ugadi. Within five days, the film’s teaser clocked 25 million views and now, the view count crossed 30 million views on Youtube. This terrific response proves how fans are eagerly waiting for this movie. But the makers are unable to promote this achievement further to grab more eyeballs on to the prestigious project.
On the flip side, if any other film registers a similar achievement, there will be huge noise around the movie. It’s time for Akhanda makers to take cues from them and start promoting the film. It is time for Balakrishna to up his game.
Akhanda features Pragya Jaiswal as the female lead. Miriyala Ravinder Reddy is bankrolling the project and Thaman is composing the music.
