The Tamil film industry woke up to two devastating news this morning. One is the demise of popular cinematographer-director KV Anand and the other is the demise of popular veteran actor Chelladurai. He played supporting roles in various Tamil films. He is a familiar face for the Telugu audiences as he was seen in a lot of movies.
According to the reports, Chelladurai passed away due to sudden cardiac arrest. His body was found lying in an unconscious state yesterday at his residence. He was 84. The funeral services of the actor are expected to be held at their church in Chennai.
Chelladurai gave some unforgettable performances in films like Maari, There, Shivaji, and Kaththi. Celebrities of the Tamil film industry have paid their condolences to the grieved family.
