Pooja Hegde, who had tested Covid-19 positive in the last week of April, has completely recovered. Pooja announced that she has tested negative. She thanked her fans, followers and well-wishers who prayed for her speedy recovery.

Pooja is now all set to join the work. She has a pending last schedule of Prabhas Radhe Shyam which has been suspended indefinitely due to Covid surge. As a 10-day action sequence is to be shot involving hero Prabhas, herself and senior actor Krishnam Raju, this schedule is suspended for now.
Meanwhile, she was supposed to join the shoot of Vijay’s Thalapathy 65 which was recently launched formally. However, it’s not clear when the shootings of the films would resume as the pandemic is in full swing.
