“The chronicles of trying to get in a workout,” she wrote along with a selfie and added the sequence of her routine. First on her list was to “put on shoes” and “Then stare at workout water bottle.” She later chose to preach to us with a motivational quote to ponder over: “Stare at motivational workout quote: ‘You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow, you choose’.”
The last step is a bang on as she wrote “Think about that pizza you would like to eat this week.” Her expression is so relatable. The actress gives a lot of importance to fitness and has often shared her ups and downs pertinent to weight and health.
