Sunil Narang’s daughter, Jahnvi Narang is the Chief Marketing Officer of Asian Group. She has come in the media for the first time today as Fathers Day Special. Having completed her education in a Top Business School in the UK, Jahnvi is now the Chief Marketing Officer of the Group. She says Sunil Narang is the nicest dad and coolest boss anyone can ever get.
“Right from the school days, he gave me everything I want. He respected my choices and allowed me to study whatever I wanted. He did not object when I went abroad for my under-graduation. He used to call me twice daily and speak at length about his business experiences. They are more valuable than any business lessons,” Jahnvi revealed.
“Marketing is more male-dominated. However, he welcomed me when I wanted to join Asian. He gives the freedom to make decisions. He guides me but never forces his decisions. He just asks to examine anything close and take a decision. Once it is taken, stick to it. Mom is equally supportive as well. In fact, they are like two eyes for me,” she adds.
