Prabhas is a pan-India actor. After the success of Baahubali, his market opened up beyond expectations. Though Saaho flopped, the actor still holds a strong grip over the market in Bollywood. He is currently busy with four pan-India projects. They are Radhe Shyam, Salaar, Adipurush, and an untitled film with Nag Ashwin. Prabhas’ film with Nag Ashwin was supposed to be Prabhas21 but the team decided to postpone the film and it has now become Prabhas25.
Prabhas announced Nag Ashwin’s film first but he took Salaar and Adipurush already on the floors. There are reports that Nag Ashwin needs a lot of time for taking the project onto the floors. The team is still busy with the pre-production works. Everyone is in the opinion that the film will begin soon and release after Salaar and Adipurush. However, we learned that Prabhas will do two more films before the release of his film under Nag Ashwin’s direction.
Dani Sanchez-Lopez is the cinematographer of Prabhas’ film with Nag Ashwin. Dani is busy with the prep work for the project and he was Arri Rental office (camera-related equipment company). Sharing pictures from the office, Dani captioned them with #Prabhas25.
Already, there are speculations that Nag Ashwin’s film with Prabhas will meet a huge postponement. Dani has dropped hints of the same on his Instagram stories. However, there is no official confirmation from the film unit on the same.
Nag Ashwin is planning a high-budget sci-fi drama with a lot of surprise elements. Bigwigs like Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan are also on board for the project. The film unit might want to turn this project into a memorable one for Prabhas and decided to push it forward as a milestone project.
The film will be made in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. Vyjayanthi Movies is bankrolling the film.
