Vinayak’s Shocking Confession On Seenayya Output

VV Vinayak

After a two-decade-old career in the Telugu film industry, director VV Vinayak is now all set to enter Bollywood. He will be making his Hindi debut with the remake of Telugu blockbuster Chatrapathi.

Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas is playing the lead hero in it. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios is bankrolling the project. The shoot will soon begin in Hyderabad.

Speaking about the film to a Telugu news daily, Vinayak said, “Working in Bollywood is a new experience. All the works happen as per the schedule over there. We have a scope of expanding our creativity if we are doing a Hindi project. Chatrapathi’s remake will also be huge. The regular shooting will begin from July 15th in Hyderabad.”

Vinayak opined that the Bollywood audience will accept Bellamkonda for sure. “The dubbed versions of his (Bellamkonda) movies garner a huge reception in North India. That is the reason why producers wanted to remake this film with him. First, he came on board, and then, I signed the project,” he stated.

Vinayak said that the COVID-19 pandemic and the poor output of his acting debut film Seenayya made him take a long gap. “I had various plans but they didn’t work out. In the meantime, Dil Raju approached with Seenayya but its output was not as expected. From now on, I am not in a mood to waste any time and planning to come up with new films regularly,” he added.
