Got Best Complement For Laila From Chiru: Vishwak

Published by

Vishwaksen is eagerly anticipating the release of Laila, directed by Ram Narayan and produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner. Set to hit theaters on February 14th, the film promises to offer a fresh, youthful experience to the audience.

Reflecting on his initial reaction to the story, Vishwak shares, “When Ram Narayan narrated the story to me, I immediately enjoyed it. It was such a fun and refreshing idea. I thought to myself, ‘Why not bring this kind of laughter to the audience?’ All my previous films have been intense, but Laila really brought a smile to my face.”

Among his two distinct characters in the film, Vishwak prefers his role as Laila. “Laila stands out, but you’ll also fall in love with Sonu’s character. While Laila grabs the spotlight in the trailer and promotions, Sonu’s character has a significant presence, especially in the first half. Audiences will definitely enjoy his vibrant lifestyle.”

Vishwak makes it clear that Laila isn’t an adult film but rather a youthful entertainer. “I don’t consider Laila adult content; it’s a youthful entertainer that primarily targets young audiences.”

The actor shared that he received one of the best compliments for the film from none other than Megastar Chiranjeevi. “The best compliment came from Chiranjeevi, who said on stage, ‘You look so glamorous, I want to bite you.’ Hearing that from him was truly special. I’m confident Laila will be a memorable film in my career.”

Vishwak also teased the possibility of a sequel. “There’s a great cliffhanger that could lead into a sequel. If the audience response is positive, we may explore that in the second week.”

Looking ahead, Vishwak also revealed plans to begin filming his next project, Funky, soon.
