Sun Risers Hyderabad team is staying at Park Hyatt hotel in Banjara Hills. However, they have been evacuated now, following a fire breaking out in the 5-star hotel. The fire broke out in one of the floors and the officials got alerted immediately.
Soon after the news broke out, the officials immediately evacuated the SRH team players, management and the support staff staying in there. The firemen are on their job to contain the smoke.
As of now, there is no clarity on how the fire erupted and an investigation is currently going on. As per the Hyderabad district fire officer (DFO), the SRH team checked out of the hotel safely as per their schedule and there have been no other casualties.
Sun Risers Hyderabad will play their next game on April 17th against Mumbai Indians.
