Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan paid a visit to the shrine, Kondagattu in Telangana. During the 2009 elections, Pawan escaped a major mishap and he often recalls that Kondagattu gave him rebirth.
For the same reason and with 2024 elections in view, Pawan toured Kondagattu. Besides this, Pawan performed Vahana (vehicle) pooja for his Varahi – the customised vehicle in which he will tour every corner of Andhra. During the rituals, Pawan wrapped himself up in saffron attire.
Learning that Pawan was at Kondagattu, Jana Sena leaders made wide-ranging arrangements. Hanuman temple priests have welcomed Pawan and assisted him in the rituals. Powerstar fans reached in large numbers to see their matinee idol.
On this occasion, Pawan also responded to BRS party and Jana Sena contesting in Telangana polls. “KCR and BRS are welcome to AP. Jana Sena will contest 7 to 14 Assembly seats,” stated Pawan.
