Days After Dance Video, BJP MP Pragya Thakur Takes Jab At Home

Published by

After she sparked a row with physical activities such as playing Basketball and dancing at a ceremony, BJP MP Pragya Thakur is now engulfed in a new controversy where she is seen receiving her vaccination at home. It was her first dose and reports revealed that she took the jab at home under special rules for the “elderly and the disabled”.

Pragya Thakur was in news for a very long time, for several reasons. She complained of ill health and cited staying away from court appearances in the Malegaon blast case. She complained of a breathing problem in March this year and was shifted from Bhopal to Mumbai for treatment.

Later, the BJP MP shocked everyone with her videos of playing basketball and dancing at a wedding without any assistance. After the dancing video on the 7th of July, Thakur is seen taking vaccination at home today due to health issues. The state immunization officer, Santosh Shukla said that Thakur is following the rules of the elderly and disabled getting vaccinated near to their homes.

The opposition Congress was quick to slam Pragya Thakur for seizing such a concession after viral videos of her sports and recreational activities. Our Bhopal MP Pragya Thakur, who was only a few days ago playing basketball and dancing to the beats of a dhol, had a team over to her house to vaccinate her?

When all BJP leaders, from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan, went to hospitals for their shot, why the exception for her,” questioned Congress spokesperson Narendra Saluja in a tweet.
