Pic Talk: JC Prabhakar Reddy’s ‘Humble Namaste’

The Tadipatri politics always makes it to the headlines. The on-going verbal war between JC Prabhakar Reddy and ruling party MLA Kethireddy Peddareddy, is troubling the staff of Tadipatri municipal corporation.

Going into details, JC Prabhakar Reddy who happens to be the chairman of Tadipatri Municipal Corporation has called for a review meeting on Monday at 10:30 AM. Tadipatri municipal commissioner, counsellors and rest of the staff were informed about the meeting well in advance on Saturday.

However, MLA Kethireddy has scheduled a rally on Covid-19 third wave with municipal commissioner and staff around the same time JC scheduled his review meeting. The municipal commissioner and staff attended the MLA’s rally for obvious reasons. Yet Prabhakar Reddy waited and he estimated that around 12:30 PM post the rally event, he reached the Chairman chamber in the municipal office.

To Prabhakar Reddy’s utter shock, the municipal commissioner and staff left for their homes after the rally. Upset with this unruly behaviour Prabhakar Reddy was adamant to go home and was stubborn that until the municipal commissioner and staff arrived, he would continue to stay at the Chairman chamber. At around 4:30 PM, a few staff members reached the municipal office and seeing the staff, Prabhakar Reddy bent and greeted them.

This picture of Prabhakar Reddy bending and saying ‘Namaste’ to the staff members has become a hot debate in Tadipatri.

Later Prabhakar Reddy learned that Tadipatri Municipal Commissioner Narasimha Prasad Reddy went on a leave and assigned his responsibilities to lower staff. Fumed over this Prabhakar Reddy had his dinner at Chairman’s chamber and even spent the night there.
