Former minister Bhuma Akhila Priya’s political career is in deep crisis. Before Akhila Priya, her father and mother made Allagadda and Nandyal as their forts but now it has been dismantled and Akhila Priya should be blamed for it. While her attitude is a big concern, her family has also brought her a bad name too. What’s worst is, there is no rapport among Bhuma family members.
Now Akhila Priya is facing a hard time in Telugu Desam and its chief Chandrababu Naidu has completely ignored her. TDP insiders say that Chandrababu is in no mood to encourage Akhila Priya further and in the next general elections, she would certainly be snubbed. Having realised the harsh reality, Akhila Priya is looking at YSRCP and Jagan. In case if Jagan pardons Akhila Priya, her political career will once again revive.
But it needs a miracle for Akhila Priya and so she relied the complete faith on her uncle (Mena Mama – Father-in-law) SV Mohan Reddy. Before the 2019 general elections, Mohan Reddy returned to YCP but Jagan did not give him ticket. Despite the odds, Mohan Reddy is continuing in YCP.
Likewise Mohan Reddy is hopeful of getting MLA ticket in 2024 elections and to make it happen, he is plotting against sitting MLA Abdul Hafeez Khan. While doing so, Mohan Reddy is also ensuring to increase his prowess in the district and if Akhila Priya joins YCP, his strength would go up. But his niece is in crisis with multiple factors surrounding her. Nevertheless Mohan Reddy is mediating the terms with YCP leadership.
Under these circumstances, recently Akhila Priya met YS Vijayamma who is YCP’s honorary president and made an appeal for forgiveness for the political blunders she made. Jagan is said to be received information on this meeting but he did not comment any word. Moreover Jagan wants to retain the sitting MLAs of Allagadda and Nandyal who are Gangula Brijendra Reddy and Ravichandra Kishore Reddy respectively.
Gangula Brijendra Reddy has a long association with Allagadda constituency but in between Bhuma family dominated the place. With the death of Bhuma Nagireddy, once again Gangula Brijendra Reddy is spinning the wheel in the constituency. So when YCP is a force at these two places, Jagan may not be apprehensive about the inclusion of Akhila Priya. Even if Jagan does she may not get ticket in the next elections.
The last and only option before Akhila Priya is her FIL SV Mohan Reddy and she is continuously making attempts for Jagan’s mercy. We have to see what happens!
