Dalit Bandhu: Lucky 15!

On Monday Telangana CM KCR led TRS government will be prestigiously launching the ‘Dalit Bandhu’ scheme. Huzurabad which is the epicentre of Telangana politics now will witness this launch event.

Accordingly there is a lot happening in Huzurabad as the TRS government is moving machinery and making unprecedented arrangements. The locals are also very eager to know more about ‘Dalit Bandhu’ but they are received an utterly shocking news.

Well only 15 beneficiaries will be picked up by the TRS government and CM KCR will be personally handing over the cheques of Rs 10 Lakh to each beneficiary. Who are the lucky 15 and what are the criteria to fall in this bracket? This will be decided by the district administration.

The district administration of Karimnagar will zero upon 15 members and will send the list to Telangana CMO. Based on the background check and feedback, KCR will do the honours.

Learning this, there is an unrest among people and they are demanding to roll out this scheme all over Huzurabad or else drop it. “Why only 15 members, what about the rest who are equally deserving? This is biased and the state government should make this scheme eligible for all,” said the people.
