In a big shocking news, TDP leader and former Labour minister Atchen Naidu has been arrested by the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB).
This arrest was made in connection with ESI scam which is estimated to be around Rs 900 crore. When Atchen Naidu was the minister, he reportedly influenced the ESI director to make purchase of medicines.
The report submitted by Vigilance Enforcement had details of Atchen Naidu’s involvement and based on this the ACB arrested the TDP leader.
This morning he was arrested in Srikakulam district and was sent to Vijayawada for further probe into the case.
