Telangana CM KCR had his eyes on New Delhi politics from 2018. Accordingly KCR sent his son KTR to meet various political leaders across the country. But sadly his plans turned upside down with BJP scoring a remarkable victory in 2019 general elections. Post this, TRS insiders opined that KCR would restrict himself to Telangana politics with severe competition from many parties.
About a week to ten days back, social media was abuzz that KCR is likely to be made Vice President. Adding strength to this strong buzz, KCR’s Delhi visit in the last week of September and meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah thrice was severely speculated.
These rumours are yet to settle down while TRS folks are literally confused. Well a few leaders did their internal inquiry with their influence in the party and also with very close associates of KCR.
And the media is unable to dig in more details about KCR becoming Vice President of India. Finally the media got an opportunity to question KTR and he clarified everything surrounding it.
Rubbishing the speculations, KTR said that people who have studied in WhatsApp university are spreading these false reports. “CM KCR has no such plans of becoming Vice President but he will certainly play a pivotal role in New Delhi politics,” said KTR.
When asked about KCR’s entry into national politics, KTR replied that it would be at an appropriate time and appealed to the TRS party to hit back the speculations of opposition.
So it is evident that KCR is yet to lose hope on national politics and really wants to make an impact with his political strategies. Will his ambitious plan work out in the coming days? Keep guessing.
