The AP Assembly witnessed many important developments today. The YCP government withdrew the ‘Three Capitals’ bill but CM Jagan announced that they would come up with an appropriate bill that is better in many ways and doesn’t get into legal troubles.
Before CM Jagan announced this, AP Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy talked extensively on the repeal of the ‘Three Capitals’ bill. But this lengthy speech of minister Buggana made one minister fall asleep and he is Perni Nani.
While minister Buggana was addressing the Assembly, Perni Nani who was seated in the back row, slowly shut his eyes and fell towards his right side. But he woke up yet he was still feeling sleepy. Somehow Perni Nani managed to stay awake during Buggana’s speech and when CM Jagan stood up for the announcement, he looked very much active.
