Kalvakuntla Kavitha who filed her nomination for the Member of Legislative Council from Nizamabad Local Authority Constituency (LAC), revealed in her election affidavit that her assets doubled in the last three years to Rs 31 crore.
For the Lok Sabha elections in 2019, Kavitha informed in her affidavit that her total (movable and immovable) assets are worth Rs 7.63 crore while her husband Anil Kumar Devanapalli owns wealth of Rs 9.73 crore.
In the MLC election affidavit, Kavitha’s assets stand at Rs 14.78 crore while husband’s assets are valued at R 14.04 crore. Kavitha’s two sons Aaditya Devanapalli and Aarya Devanapalli own properties worth Rs 6.86 Lakh and Rs 2.04 Lakh respectively.
Besides this, Kavitha has investments worth Rs 4.99 crore in Strukur Developers private limited while her husband is a major investor in Relixir Pharmaceuticals and Rs 3.64 crore in Asyapattra Inventures.
KCR gifted farm land measuring 10 acres and 16 guntas to Kavitha located at Malleboinapally, Jadcherla in Mahbubnagar. Apart from this Kavitha and her husband own agricultural land in Nizamabad, Mahbubnagar, Karimnagar and Siddipet districts.
The total value of immovable assets owned by Kavitha’s family is Rs 28.92 crore. The couple also own residential properties in Hyderabad and their liabilities are worth Rs 31.62 crore.
