YCP leader Lakshmi Parvathi paid tributes to her late husband NTR marking his death anniversary. Lakshmi Parvathi offered homage at NTR ghat and on this occasion, she made sensational comments that she spoke to NTR’s Athma (soul).
“After NTR’s death, his soul entered a 16 year old girl. Jeevitha and Rajasekhar took me to Madras to speak to the lady. I have shared many things with NTR’s soul while speaking to the 16 years old girl. NTR said to me that he would reincarnate in the Telugu states because the bond with Telugu community is unbreakable,” said Lakshmi Parvathi.
Defending her comments, the Telugu Akademy chairman said, she has proofs for the same. “It’s been 26 years since I spoke to the 16 years old girl. She is a Tamilian and can speak a little bit of Telugu as well. Whatever I asked, was treasured in written format and I still have the book with me,” said Lakshmi Parvathi.
On the demolition of NTR statues, Lakshmi Parvathi called it an unfortunate incident. “Two leaders who joined YCP from TDP, destroyed the statue. I have information from Macherla MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy that the two leaders were in a drunken state while destroying the statue. What harm did the statues have done?” questioned Lakshmi Parvathi.
Praising AP CM YS Jagan, Lakshmi Parvathi added that CM Jagan handled this unfortunate incident with maturity instead of going by the emotions.
