It’s been just 24 hours that Andhra Pradesh has welcomed 13 new districts and the total districts count went up to 26. But that’s not over yet and we hear the AP government is mulling to bring one more new district into existence and regarding the same AP cinematography minister Perni Nani made key comments.
There are high chances of one more district adding up to the current 26. CM Jagan is in thoughts to bring one more district involving all the tribal regions. We have brought two new tribal districts and a new one is in our consideration and CM Jagan is seriously thinking about it, said Perni Nani.
This is totally an unexpected move and the new district will be carved out from the UttarAndhra region, going by Perni Nani’s comments. The YCP minister further added by reorganizing districts, CM Jagan has eased the administration and with addition of new revenue divisions, decentralisation will be effortless.
Perni Nani hailed Jagan that it’s been 43 years that district reorganisation happened and many CMs have promised but no one lived up to their words. It’s only Jagan who is doing whatever is not promised and not included in the election manifesto.
All in all, AP will be having 27 new districts in the new future.
