The newly sworn-in ministers in Andhra Pradesh are leaving no opportunity to praise the party president and Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. To keep him happy and be in his good books, they are going to any extent and proving their loyalty.
After having touched his feet and kissed his hands at the swearing-in ceremony, tourism minister and YCP firebrand leader RK Roja showered praises on Jagan on the occasion of Amebdkara’s birth anniversary. In tune with Jagan’s proclamation that the new Cabinet was constituted to ensure social justice, Roja said Father of Constitution Dr B.R. Ambedkar would have congratulated Jagan for following the principle of social equality in word and spirit, had the former been alive.
As the real successor of Ambedkar, Jagan is taking forward his principles and ideals in the society, she said.
Roja was speaking to the media after paying tributes to Ambedkar on the occasion of his birth anniversary at a programme held on the premises of the Secretariat. Ministers Dharmana Prasada Rao, Adimulapu Suresh, Sidiri Appala Raju, Dadisetti Raja, Karumuri Nageswara Rao, Ushasri Charan and others also participated in the programme.
On one hand, former minister Kodali Nani claims that Jagan is the true heir of TDP founder-president late N.T. Rama Rao and now, Roja says he is the successor of Ambedkar. Jagan is surrounded by sycophants who are trained to shower encomiums on their boss, even if appears to be awkward and exaggerated, pointed out TDP leaders.
