In a bit relieving news to the Amaravati farmers, the AP High Court has issued a stay in the Gazette notification released by the YSRCP government on ‘Three Capitals.’
Three petitions were filed regarding this row and they came for hearing today. The court after thoroughly examining the petition issued a stay on the Gazette notification. Also the court directed the YCP government to file a reply counter.
In the petitions, it was mentioned that this case is pending in the court and it is not appropriate on the Governor’s part to approve them.
The case has been postponed to August 14th and till the stay will be applicable on the Gazette.
