The topic of Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani within the Telugu Desam, is causing unwarranted debate and his off the record comments are creating a storm. Kesineni Nani reportedly predicted that BJP MP CM Ramesh will be AP’s Eknath Shinde.
In his words Kesineni analysed that Telugu Desam might roughly get 50 or 60 Assembly seats in the next elections. But BJP’s Ramesh will bring a rebellion within the TDP and he would take majority of TDP MLAs with him to BJP. This move would make BJP, the main opposition in the AP Assembly (in the next term).
According to Kesineni, CM Ramesh who is a businessman, amassed huge wealth and can certainly influence the TDP MLAs with money just in case this prediction turns out to be a reality some day.
These statements from Kesineni raked up a big discussion in TDP and still many are trying to dig into the true intentions behind dragging CM Ramesh who is completely not associated with TDP, into the picture.
Apparently Kesineni has been having issues with TDP leadership for a long time and the other day, he filed a complaint against his own brother Kesineni Shivanath (Chinni) with the Hyderabad police. Kesineni believes that TDP leadership is conspiring against him by involving his brother Chinni and following this, Nani posted cryptic comments on social media advising the party to focus on its weakness instead of forcing him to quit Telugu Desam.
Reacting to Kesineni’s comparison remarks, CM Ramesh added that he had no clue why he is being involved in TDP’s internal affairs. “While I was in TDP, I had no conflicts whatsoever with Kesineni Nani. In fact in 2009 when Nani was making his political attempts, I took up to Chandrababu Naidu and post that we worked for the party. Now I’m in BJP and I will work as per the party’s instructions here,” said CM Ramesh.
The whole episode revolving around Kesineni Nani can be presumed that his time in TDP has reached pre-climax and climax episode is loading. What is it going to be like?
