Jagan & Chandrababu Avoid Each Other

On the eve of 76th Independence Day, AP Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan hosted ‘At Home’ at Raj Bhavan last evening which saw the attendance of CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy and Opposition leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu besides several other VVIPs. However, both Jagan and Chandrababu have totally avoided eye-to-eye contact and haven’t greeted each other even formally. 

Both Jagan and Naidu have sat in their respective seats. After rendering the National Anthem, the Governor personally came to the guests and had a talk with them. Naidu has introduced TDP’s AP chief Atchannaidu and MP Kesineni Nani to the Governor. 

After this, the Governor couple, CM Jagan and his wife YS Bharathi,  and High Court Chief Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra have all had dinner together. Chandrababu had waited till the CM Convoy left the place. Only after learning about Jagan leaving the place, Naidu left the place with his coterie. Throughout this event, neither Naidu nor Jagan made any attempt to meet each other or greet each other. 

Meanwhile, Telangana CM KCR has skipped the Telangana Governor’s At Home event totally. It is common knowledge that all is not well between CM KCR and Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan. The relations between the duo is not cordial which Governor Tamilisai had openly complained of.
